A DBT Support Group may be able to benefit you. DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is a proven approach to therapy used to help persons who have difficulty managing emotions. • Like you keep "losing it?" • Like you have problems with anger and/or high levels of anxiety? • Drastic mood swings/ quickly shifting from one emotion to another? • Like harming yourself in any way? • Like relationships just never seem to work out well? • Like you make a lot of impulsive decisions that rarely end well? • Empty and that nothing can fill that emptiness/ confused about who you are? This DBT Support Group is typically structured in a group setting, conducted separately from individual therapy and provides weekly skills training.
